How Not Taking Action On Your Hopes and Dreams Affects You

Women over 40 take care of their children while helping aging parents and holding full-time jobs . Without a plan or a map of their personal goals, days turn into weeks, months, or years of going through the motions, also known as “survival mode,” and they feel…..

  • overwhelmed with responsibility
  • that each day is the same, and they are going through the motions
  • frustrated and regretting all that time they could have been living each day with more positive intent
  •

Aligning your life with your hopes and dreams is easy. Most women don’t know how to take that first step. Instead, they take care of everyone around them before taking a few minutes for themselves. I want to help you get out of “survival mode” and thrive

Signs That Your Life Is Not In Alignment With Your Dreams

By the end of the day, you want to go to bed.
You don’t get excited about things anymore.
You feel you’re going through the motions.

You have spent your life caring for your parents, children, friends, and colleagues. Join me on a journey to become crystal clear on what matters to you so that TODAY you can take one step toward a good and meaningful life.

Meet Jennifer Walsh

Your Meaningful Life Guide and Mentor

The worst feeling in the world is regret. I’ve struggled to raise my three girls while helping my aging parents and working full time. I relate to women who feel they are “going through the motions.”

I’ve been coaching/mentoring people for 25+ years, taught over 3000 students, and have an MBA from TCU. I’ve learned how to navigate the challenges of this generation, who are helping their children and aging parents, all while living a meaningful life.

What sets me apart is my belief that we are all connected and that everyone, regardless of who we are, where we are from, or how much money we make, have gifts and contributions to make in our life.
